Custom Feather Flags & Banners for Business Advertising
Feather flags, also sold as feather banners, are tall, narrow advertising flags with a curved top edge, sleeved onto a sectional pole and held upright by a base. They give high visibility while using relatively little ground space. They are widely used for storefronts, exhibitions, events, roadside promotions and other indoor or outdoor advertising displays.
A feather flag set is the printed flag and its sectional pole, with flexible fiberglass top sections and aluminum lower sections. A base for the surface, such as a cross base with water bag, ground spike, ground drill or flat base, is added as needed and listed on the quotation. Feather flags can also be ordered flag-only, for example as replacements for poles you already have.
Senior Flags has made flags since 2003. Our feather flags are printed, cut, sewn, checked and packed in-house at our factory in Lu'an, Anhui. Artwork, colors, dimensions and set configurations can be customized for individual campaigns, bulk orders and repeat programs.

Sizes are the printed flag, height × width. The standing height of a set depends on the base and on how the top section holds the flag, so ask for it with the base you plan to use. US sellers often name kits by overall height in feet; our feather flag size chart lines our sizes up with those kits by flag height. Printing Options for Feather Flags
Different printing and flag construction options are available according to the artwork, quantity and required display effect.
Single-Sided Printing
One layer of knitted polyester printed from one side. The print shows through to the back as a slightly lighter mirror image, which suits most images and logos.
Double-Sided Printing
Made either as one layer printed on both faces, or as two printed layers with an interlayer between them. Both can carry a different design on each side; the interlayer version stops show-through and gives the cleaner result.

Fabric & Construction Details
Feather flags are made in polyester, with material and finishing selected according to the configuration and project requirements. How flag fabrics compare is covered in our flag fabric guide.
Fabric Options
110gsm knitted polyester is a common fabric option for Feather Flags. Other polyester fabric options can be supplied according to project requirements.
Pole Sleeve
The flag is finished with a pole sleeve for installation with the compatible feather flag pole.
Reinforced Finishing
Key areas can be finished with 600D nylon webbing and double stitching for additional reinforcement.

How a feather flag order works
- Send your artwork, flag size, quantity per design, single- or double-sided printing, and whether you need poles and bases.
- We reply with a quotation and, on request, the template for each size, then send a proof for you to confirm before printing.
- If you want to check the print first, a sample set takes 5–7 calendar days from artwork confirmation.
- Bulk production takes 15–20 calendar days from artwork confirmation, excluding shipping. Each item is packed individually and shipped in cartons.
For repeat orders and private-label programs, confirmed product specifications can be maintained across production batches to support more consistent reordering.
Already have poles? Feather flags can be ordered flag-only; send us the pole size and a photo of the top section before you order. Matching feather flag poles and bases can also be supplied with the flags or ordered separately as replacements.

What is the MOQ and lead time for feather flags?
The MOQ for custom feather flags is 10 pieces per design (10 sets when ordered with poles), and the same design in a second size counts as a separate design. A sample takes 5–7 calendar days and bulk production 15–20 calendar days, both counted from artwork confirmation and excluding shipping.
Can I order feather flags without poles and bases?
Yes. Feather flags can be ordered flag-only, or as sets of flag and sectional pole, with fiberglass top sections and aluminum lower sections. Bases are chosen for the surface and ordered as needed: ground spike, ground drill, cross base, flat base, or cross base with water bag. For replacement flags on poles you already own, send us the pole size and a photo of the top section before you order.
Can feather flags be printed on both sides?
Yes, in two ways: one layer printed on both faces, or two printed layers with an interlayer. Both can carry a different design on each side; the interlayer version stops show-through and looks cleaner. Single-sided flags show a lighter mirror image on the back. Can I customize feather flag size and artwork?

Which base should I choose for feather flags?
Choose the base by surface: a ground spike or ground drill for grass and soil, a cross base or flat base for hard, flat surfaces, and a cross base with a water bag when extra stability is needed.
Feather flag or teardrop flag: which should I order?
