Choosing banners, fan scarves and vehicle covers
This category covers printed textiles that are not flags: custom fabric and PVC banners, knitted and printed football fan scarves, and stretch-fabric car hood covers and car mirror covers. Banners are made in 100D, 110gsm knitted or 300D polyester, 125 g mesh or 240 g PVC; scarves in knitted acrylic, polyester or satin; vehicle covers in polyester or polyester-spandex stretch knit. All are printed in-house by digital, silk screen or heat transfer printing. MOQ runs from 20 pieces (hood covers) to 100 pieces (scarves). Samples take 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation and bulk production 15–20 days after sample approval.

How to choose: for banners, pick the fabric by site. 100D polyester is the general outdoor choice, 300D for long installations, mesh for fences and scaffolding in wind, PVC for hoardings and short campaigns; add hems, eyelets or pole pockets as the frame requires. Fan scarves are specified by fabric first: knitted acrylic for the classic club scarf, satin or polyester for printed full-color designs, with one- or two-sided printing and woven or printed labels for own-brand ranges. Hood and mirror covers are ordered by vehicle type and are usually run alongside car flags for national-team, club or dealership campaigns; both are supplied polybagged for retail.
