Manufacturing Facility
Senior Flags operates a 24,000 m² (about 258,000 sq ft) custom flag manufacturing facility in Lu'an, Anhui, China.
Our facility integrates pre-production preparation, printing, cutting, sewing, quality inspection and packing to support custom flag production and bulk orders.
Each production stage is organized to maintain consistent quality and efficient order processing.

CUSTOM FLAG PRINTING
Custom Flag Printing: Digital, Heat Transfer and Screen Printing
Senior Flags prints custom flags in its Lu'an factory by digital printing, heat transfer printing and silk screen printing. The method is chosen by product, fabric, artwork and quantity; spot colors are matched to your Pantone references, and a sample is made in 5–7 calendar days before bulk production.
Digital Printing
Suitable for detailed graphics, rich colors and custom artwork. Used for feather, teardrop, national, hand, body and double-sided garden flags, banners, car hood and mirror covers, patio umbrellas, parasols and pop-up tent canopies.
Heat Transfer Printing
Suitable for polyester fabrics, strong coverage and color reproduction. Used for national, car, table, wall, bunting and pennant flags, banners, fan scarves, and promotional, beach and patio umbrellas.
Screen Printing
For bulk orders where artwork, color count and quantity support it. Used for most flag types, from feather, teardrop and national flags to table, wall and body flags and bunting, with hand silk screen for satin pennants, plus banners, fan scarves, umbrellas and parasols.

Our manufacturing system supports structured production planning for bulk and customized flag orders, with clear scheduling and capacity allocation.
Production schedules are planned based on key order factors, including:
For repeat orders, confirmed specifications and previous production records help maintain consistency and improve scheduling efficiency.
Bulk flags are scheduled for 15–20 calendar days from artwork confirmation, flagpoles, bases and stands for 20–25 days, and umbrellas and tents for 20–30 days. Samples take 5–7 calendar days.
