What size should a custom flag be?
The most ordered pole flag is 90 × 150 cm, sold in the US as 3 × 5 ft. We make flags in centimeters; the US size is the nearest feet or inches, so a 3 × 5 ft listing is about 1.4 × 2.4 cm larger than our 90 × 150 cm flag.

PRINTING
Single-sided or double-sided: how are custom flags printed?
A single-sided flag is printed on one face and reads in reverse from the back; a double-sided flag is made so both faces read correctly. Digital, heat transfer or silk screen printing is chosen by product, fabric, artwork and quantity at our Lu'an factory.

FABRIC & FINISHING
Which fabric and finishing does a custom flag need?
Most custom flags are printed on 68D, 100D or 110gsm knitted polyester. Garden flags use double-layer 300D polyester or 300D Oxford, and national flags are also made in 165 g/m² spun polyester, Oxford and satin. Our flag fabric guide compares them.
Webbing Heading & Eyelets
Pole flags: webbing on the hoist side with two eyelets.
Pole Sleeve
Feather, teardrop, car and hand flags: a sleeve that fits the pole or stick.
Stitched Edges
Single or double stitching; hand flags can also be heat-cut.
Top Sleeve
Garden flags: a sleeve that slides onto the arm of the stand.
Individual Packing
One flag or one set per polybag, packed in export cartons.

Send your artwork and specification, receive a written quotation, approve a sample if you need one, and bulk production starts from artwork confirmation. The minimum order counts per design, the same design in a second size counts as a separate design, and designs cannot be combined to reach it.

Shanghai Senior Flag Manufacture Co., Ltd. has made flags since 2003. Custom flags are printed, sewn and packed at our own 24,000 m² factory in Lu'an, Anhui, with a sales office in Shanghai, and checked at three stages.

What are custom flags?
Custom flags are flags printed with your own design, logo or text instead of a stock design. They are made to order in the size, fabric and finishing you choose.
Where can I get custom flags made in bulk?

Can you make a custom 3 × 5 ft flag with my logo?
Yes. Rectangular pole flags are made in the same sizes and finishing as our national flags, including 90 × 150 cm (about 3 × 5 ft), printed with your logo or design, from 100 pcs per design.
What is the minimum order for custom flags?
100 pcs per design for most flags, 50 pcs for body flags and banners, and 10 pcs for feather and teardrop flags (10 sets with poles). The same design in a second size counts as a separate design.
How long do custom flags take to make?
Samples take 5–7 calendar days. Bulk flags take 15–20 calendar days, and poles, bases and stands 20–25, counted from artwork confirmation and excluding shipping.
Do you make single custom flags or keep flags in stock?
No. We make custom flags in bulk only, from the minimum order per design, and we hold no stock; every order is made to the specification confirmed on the quotation.
Should my custom flag be single-sided or double-sided?
Single-sided flags are lighter and read in reverse from the back. Choose double-sided when text or a logo must read correctly from both sides.
Does a custom flag come with a pole?
It depends on the type. Feather and teardrop flags can be ordered as sets with poles, car flags come on window poles, hand flags on sticks and garden flags with a 1 m stand. Pole flags have a webbing heading with eyelets, and flagpoles are sold separately.
What artwork file should I send?
Send your artwork in its original file, with Pantone references if colors must match. Every file is reviewed before production, and we tell you if anything needs to change.
How much do custom flags cost?
The price depends on the flag type, size, fabric, printing method, number of printed sides and quantity, and is quoted per order.
