Choosing custom flags: fabrics, sizes, MOQ and lead times
Senior Flags manufactures eleven types of custom flags at its own factory in Lu'an, Anhui: feather, teardrop, body, bunting, car, garden, hand, national, pennant, table and wall flags. Most are printed on 68D, 100D or 110gsm knitted polyester; garden flags use 300D fabric, pennants also felt and satin. Printing is digital, silk screen or heat transfer, done in-house. MOQ runs from 10 sets (feather, teardrop) to 100 pieces (most other flags). Samples take 5–7 working days after artwork confirmation; bulk production takes 15–20 days after sample approval (teardrop 15–25 days).

How to choose: start with where the flag will be used. Storefront, dealership and event advertising calls for a feather or teardrop flag on a pole and base; teardrop flags hold their shape in wind, feather flags give more print area. Hand, body and car flags run on lighter 68D or 110gsm knitted polyester, silk screen for solid colors and digital for full-color artwork. Garden flags and long-term outdoor national flags need 300D or spun polyester for weight and opacity. Table, wall and pennant flags are chosen by display size, then fabric finish. Custom sizes are confirmed at quotation.
