Plastic and Wooden Hand Flag Sticks
Hand flag sticks are the poles used for custom hand flags, the small waving flags used at sports events, celebrations, parades and promotions. Senior Flags supplies the sticks on their own or fitted to printed hand flags.
Plastic sticks come in 30 cm, 40 cm and 60 cm lengths, and wooden sticks come in 40 cm and 60 cm lengths. Short 25 cm sticks, in wood or plastic, are used for 10 × 15 cm flags, and longer 100 cm sticks are used for 60 × 90 cm flags.
The stick length is matched to the flag size. As a guide, a 10 × 15 cm flag uses a 25 cm stick, a 30 × 45 cm flag uses a 60 cm stick and a 60 × 90 cm flag uses a 100 cm stick.

Plastic Sticks
Plastic (PVC) sticks are available in 30 cm, 40 cm and 60 cm lengths. A plastic stick with a round ball top can be chosen.
Wooden Sticks
Wooden sticks are available in 40 cm and 60 cm lengths as an alternative to plastic.
Flag Fabrics
Hand flags are made in 100% polyester, including 68D, 100D, 150D and 110gsm knitted polyester.
Sleeve & Edge Finishing
The flag has a sleeve on the left side for the stick. Edges are finished with double stitching or heat cutting.
