Manufacturing Facility
Senior Flags operates a 20,000㎡+ custom flag manufacturing facility in Lu’an, Anhui, China. The facility integrates pre-production preparation, printing, cutting, sewing, quality inspection and packing to support custom flag production and bulk orders.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Every custom flag order is reviewed before production, so artwork, specifications and production requirements are confirmed on paper before anything is cut.

We review your artwork and source files and flag anything that will not reproduce cleanly at size.
02 · Specification Review
Dimensions, fabric, colours and product requirements are confirmed against the intended use.
03 · Production Feasibility
We evaluate production requirements and propose the most suitable production route for the order.
04 · Pre-Production Confirmation
Key requirements are signed off before production begins, so there is one agreed reference.

01 · Incoming Material Inspection

02 · In-Process Inspection
Printing, cutting, sewing and finishing are monitored during the run.
03 · Final Inspection
Finished flags, quantity and packing are checked before shipment.
